Growing up Angry is a copy of my notes from a lecture at the Anger And Rage Conference in Las Vegas in April 99. The lecturer was Dr. Robert Ackerman.

Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Anger Reduction was a lecture at the same conference. These are my notes as prepared for a subsequent training.
